It is important for a company to do employee evaluations, at least on an annual basis. This allows employees to know how they’re doing, where they need to improve, and where they are exceeding. Our company uses a General Performance Evaluation and a Job-Specific Evaluation. The Employee Evaluation Forms Package includes the General Performance Evaluation plus individual Job-Specific Evaluations for all 9 of our main job descriptions.
